2024-2025 Sports Registration Dates
Fall Sports registration begins on Thursday 8/22 and ends on Friday 8/30. No registrations after 8/30 will be accepted due to medical sign off deadlines.

- All sign off forms will be completed on the registration system except for the Health History Update Form and the new Medical Eligibility Form signed by your family physician. Both of these forms will be uploaded by you to the new registration system.
- The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility Form must be uploaded to the new registration system by the deadlines noted below for all physicals conducted after 7/1/2024. Without this form completed, signed and approved by the school physician, your child cannot participate/tryout in any sport. Physicals completed prior to 7/1/2024 or physical forms currenlty on file and not expired are still acceptable.

Athletic fee paid per sport per student.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration on rSchools, a link will be provided to My Payments Plus at the end of the registration process. All fees must be paid prior to tryouts or a student will not be permitted to tryout. If a student does not make a team and chooses not to switch to a non-tryout sport, fees will be refunded within two weeks of tryouts ending.

Sports Calendars
We will no longer be using Remind for sports updates. We will now be using rschools. You will needt o download the app after registration. Please be sure to add your cell phone as well as your students (if applicable) and your carrier to receive text alerts. This app will also have the schedule, locations and roster for all teams will a subscribtion for you to add to your calendar if you choose.

Every effort has been made to accurately reflect the schedules and directions for games and meets. However, in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen changes, please be sure to download the rschools app.
Transportation : Parents must provide transportation:
Ø To and from all athletics at Meadowridge and Piping Rock [practices, games and/or meets]
Ø To and from all away games and tournaments*
Ø To and from all All-Star games/meets
