Welcome to 7th grade English Language Arts (ELA).

 I am Mrs. Jennifer Brown, and I look forward to having an exciting year together filled with reading and writing to ignite your potential.

Complete your summer reading work for your novels (Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen and a self-selected novel).

Bring your completed summer reading work to school on Thursday, September 5. 

Note: The last date to hand in the summer reading work is Tuesday, September 10. Even if you are abducted by aliens over the weekend, you are still expected to come back to Earth by Tuesday to hand in your work.

P.S. If you are new to the district this summer and have not begun reading your summer reading books, START NOW. You are still expected to complete the work even if you're brandy new to our school. :)
